Fitness Advice Is Life advice

Katie has been teaching group fitness classes since 2007. Katie encourages all of her classes to “Fight For It, Not Against It,” urging each person to find what works for them and move forward fearlessly into their truest potential. Real change, in the fitness studio and in life, only comes when we’re making choices out of love, not hate – and Katie’s “spinspirational” classes are proof that finding the joy in hard work and a good challenge can break through all kinds of barriers we didn’t even know existed.

Katie has served as Group Fitness manager at both Equinox East 53rd Street and Equinox Soho in Manhattan. She is a certified Schwinn and Mad Dogg indoor cycling instructor, as well as certified in Precision Running by Equinox and Yoga For Athletes by YAS Los Angeles.

She currently teaches the following live classes at Equinox Fitness locations in NYC:

Tuesdays • 6:45-7:30pm • Equinox Bryant Park
Thursdays • 12:15-1pm • Equinox Flatiron
Saturdays • 10:30-11:15AM • Equinox SoHo
